He has professional experience as a Distinguished Encore Fellow; Chief Operating Officer (YWCA, Bergen County, NJ); Veterans In Pursuit Of Prosperity; Sergeant Major; United States Marine Corps, retired with more than 30 years of active service.
He has expertise in operations management, team leadership and training, program coordination, needs assessment, and global logistics.
As the creator of the Veterans Coaching Project, the premier empowerment program for veterans, spouses, and caregivers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University (Magna Cum Laude). And a graduate of NYU Stern School of Business with an MBA, and he graduated with an MS in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from NYUSPS.

She leads the development and operational excellence of coaching programs that support veterans, coaches, and volunteer leaders. A retired U.S. Navy veteran with 21 years of service, Dr. Webb has dedicated her post-military career to developing leaders through coaching, education, and organizational transformation.
She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), holds a Doctorate in Management with a specialization in Organizational Leadership, and is an author, educator, speaker, and founder of Scena's Solutions LLC.
A lifelong learner and advocate for purposeful leadership, she believes that coaching has the power to help individuals discover who they truly are and lead with authenticity.
