Our highly trained coaches serve as transition partners to our clients.

As transition partners, coaches utilize the tools, frameworks, and methodologies to provide best-in-class coaching services to strengthen skills, broaden perspectives, and enhance preparedness, in order for veterans, spouses, and caregivers to gain traction during the transition process and beyond.

As a coach you will:

  • Be matched with a client based on a client’s background, interest, and experience.

  • Be required to establish 1-on-1 coaching sessions with your client throughout the coaching engagement (15-18 weeks).

  • Be provided access to VCP’s digital coaching platform (Korn Ferry Advance) and assessment tools (AgileBrain).

  • Assist and support all client deliverables (i.e. Purpose Statement, Value Proposition, 5-Minute Presentation, etc.).

  • Participate in coaching development programming.

  • Provide feedback and share insights to support continuous improvement of our program.
