Congratulations, and thank you for your dedicated service to our Nation! We are pleased to welcome you into the Veterans Coaching Project™ (VCP). Our coaching and support staff is deeply committed to ensuring you have a phenomenal coaching experience. VCP, is the premier empowerment program for military veterans of all eras who have served honorably in the US Armed Forces, including spouses and caregivers. VCP, is designed to provide best-in-class coaching services, and a wide array of support services, to strengthen your skills, broaden your perspectives, and enhance your preparedness, in order for you to gain traction during the transition process and beyond. You entered the military to find yourself..., test your limits, and build community. However, transitioning back into mainstream life after years of military service can be difficult, but certainly not impossible. With the right guidance and frame of mind, finding a new path will be one of the most rewarding and empowering experiences of your life.

Veterans represent one of the economy's largest reservoirs of often-untapped and sophisticated talent. We believe a global marketplace which engages veterans as active partners, decision makers and clients is a stronger, more productive one. You have already demonstrated the capacity to serve others, now it is time to take your place in society. We applaud your decision to participate in VCP, and are excited to work with such highly capable and industrious Americans, with the proven will and determination to succeed in any environment. We encourage you to embrace the concepts outlined throughout the program to develop a personal plan of action for employment or entrepreneurial readiness, and to seek out ways to demonstrate areas of exceptional ability regardless of your endeavors. Developing these critical skills will enable you to continue to serve your country and each other in a meaningful capacity. The benefit to society will be immeasurable!
