Dr. Scena Webb

Chief of Coaching Operations

Dr. Scena B. Webb is the Chief of Coaching Operations for the Veterans Coaching Project (VCP), where she leads the development and operational excellence of coaching programs that support veterans, coaches, and volunteer leaders. A retired U.S. Navy veteran with 21 years of service, Dr. Webb has dedicated her post-military career to developing leaders through coaching, education, and organizational transformation.

She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), holds a Doctorate in Management with a specialization in Organizational Leadership, and is an author, educator, speaker, and founder of Scena's Solutions LLC. A lifelong learner and advocate for purposeful leadership, she believes that coaching has the power to help individuals discover who they truly are and lead with authenticity.

Fun Fact: One of my personal goals is to leave a written legacy that continues to help leaders long after I'm gone. I believe books can impact lives for generations.

THE VCP COLLECTIVE™

The VCP Collective™ is a collaborative, cross-functional initiative focused on the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Veteran Coaching Project™ (VCP). Its purpose is to drive innovation, scalability, and quality in how coaching services are provided to veterans, spouses, and caregivers. The VCP Collective integrates key domains—infrastructure, operations, logistics, programming, strategy, and partnerships—to ensure the success and sustainability of VCP.
